  This place will lie to your face as they use a power, that they grant to themselves, to pick who they want to be the heir, whoever they like working with best. Then they purposely excluded all other heirs from the paperwork they submit. They basically decide who gets to make all the decisions for the entire family, then they feed this BS to the county. Now if your not the chosen one, then you have to now prove to the county that you are indeed an heir. They tell none of the heirs that they have been excluded completely from the estate until the death certificate arrives..and once that arrives the damage is done and they just tell you sorry we ruined all of your lifes, but it made our job easier and we precisely followed the rules we wrote that allow us to steal from you. Tip top scumbags

  This place is the worst its a shame that my father is buried there I had called and made arrangements to pick up my a flower arrangement I had hand made for my father and I went the day I had said I was gonna pick it up and it was gone everyone in the office had no answers for me and they told me someone must have stole it I just can't seem to believe that they have ppl working o. The yard and other stuff out here and no one knows what happened to it no knowledge of it all I'm extremely upset and if so if ppl are really stealing stuff they have no intentions to do anything about it where is the sensitivity to us who have loss so disappointed theirs so quick to charge for everything but they can't even put the the plaque when they say the would it a complete joke
