  I am very disappointed at the lack of care that these people show. They take your money with no problem but then don't follow up with any communication unless you call them. I keep getting the runaround about when the urn will be available. Friday, Monday, maybe this week. My loved one has been with them for 18 days and I still have no idea when he will be released. I would never use or recommend them for any type of services

  Sorry to say that I had to give it one star review to be able to write a review. March 1 we went in and made arrangements for my mom's funeral/memorial which was set for march 12 2016. Which is today. Everything sounds wonderful when you go there and make the arrangement, they tell you how nice they can make it for you and what package you fall under. My mom was to be cremated. Her urn was going to be be in the middle with flowers around. They forgot to cremate my mom. We had a memorial with an empty urn. Then the picture video malfunction so think goodness we had a computer on hand to do the photos.then the music was not playing. This place ruined any tribute we could give to our mother. And no they don't have compassion, they our not offering any refund.

  Once they receive your money they no longer are helpful. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand does. They claim they call you and don't, claim your email address doesn't work but it works for everyone but Halley-Olsen. They even seen inconvenienced by your calls and trying to finish the right process for the loved ones...guess they want us to die thru their processes so they can rake in more dough...definitely would go elsewhere if I had it to do again

  Rude staff and very sterile environment... they definitely are not family-owned, the place looks like a medical office then a somber lit, respected funeral home. I would NEVERMIND entrust a friend (or enemy) to these people, they even charge for $2 pallbearer gloves. They used to be respected, until the new owner took it over approx. 2 years ago... sorry Lancaster.
